Last updated: 16 July 2026. How DeepPlay collects, uses and protects information.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone number, club info), booking and payment records, messages you send us, content you submit, and usage data. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
To provide and improve the service, process bookings and payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing messages, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
WhatsApp & messaging
DeepPlay uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send transactional messages such as booking confirmations and one-time verification codes to the phone number you provide. We do not use Facebook Login and do not collect or permanently store Facebook or Meta profile data (such as your name on Facebook, email, or friends list). We use your phone number only to deliver these service messages; message delivery is handled by Meta under its own terms.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run DeepPlay (e.g. payments, hosting, messaging, push notifications) under contract, or when required by law. We never sell your data or your members' data.
Data retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time — from the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email us. Full instructions are on our User Data Deletion page.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and monitored infrastructure. See our Security page for details.
Children
DeepPlay is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Users under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian's consent.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
